game crashed and gave me an Error

I tried to open 1000+ mission boxes at once by using Batch Use. It gave me an error on the screen and crashed the game and the headliner all it kept telling was the stuff I got from it. For some reason, not all mission boxes were opened either. I still have 327 mission boxes left.

Also, for some strange reason, I didn't receive any mission points at all from opening the mission boxes.

The message board is still telling all the stuff I got from the boxes which were open almost 10mins ago. I think I broke the game(?)
