So we're back to this question.

I know that right answer is Asuma WB. But what about obito boy? He has exactly same passive that's available from 2*. So he either should be the right answer too or be replaced with another option.
P.S. Dear moderator of this section, can you please stop closing threads immediately after answering in them, because sometimes your answers are... not good, but people have no time to argue and are forced to create another thread or give up. Thx.
