Hey

Unfortunately, we wouldn't be able to extend the Naruto fragments in the Lucky Wheel.

Also, the 30 fragments are only obtainable once from first time Jonin Medal activation.
We wouldn't make it farmable due to Kyuubi Naruto's rarity at later levels.
