Hey can i as you guys something i know that most of this game is RNG Fixed Rates but can you guys please have the Nine tailed Chakra Naruto frags Events be at least at the end of some months i can't put a tons of money on this game unless its a the end of the Month due to Social Security reasons please or at least make the Jonin Medal reativation worth it by having Reclaimable Nine Tailed Naruto Frags since mines about to run out next month please Modders I really want to try the 4 or at least 3 stars versions of that character?
