Some people are using Pain - Ningendo while using the Rhino summon. They still use Hinata, Fire Main, and GNW Kankuro. But before then yeah they used Tobi but because of the update using Tobi for lvl 100 exam is just not good. I saw on YouTube that someone was using Scarlet Blaze, GNW Kankuro, Hinata and Shikamaru, the thing was their power lvl was like between 38k and 45k I honestly don't remember.

I used Fire main 3-3-3-2-1 with Deer Kimmi, Hinata, and GNW Kankuro to beat it.

R1 If Tobirama blinds your main, retreat. He needs to sleep Hashirama. Use Hinata's mystery.

R2 use fire mains mystery to seal Minato.

R3 use Kankuro mystery on Tobirama to stop him.

R4 use Kimmi's mystery on Hiruzen to stop him.

If you can do that, you should be set to beat it after that with all the poison and ignite damage built up.
