Currently running this line up:

Mei - Pain Tendo - x
Water - Darui - clone
x - x - x

My question is, since Darui and Mei have passive barriers that go off in the beginning; Darui first, then Mei. Does Mei's barrier cancel's Darui's barrier causing his buffs inactive?

Yes.
There can be only 1 barrier active at the same time. If this is the team you want to run, at least make mei's barrier be overwritten by darui. Even if you lose the poison, at least you will buff both darui and tendo instead of just mei and your main.

Awesome. Thanks for the advice as well. I might take out Mei or Darui then and put in another ninja.
