The items you lost: The title "Ranking King" and the last day rewards from the "Ranking Race" cannot be claimed and it wasn't being sent on my mailbox.

Description of the situation: Yesterday was the last day of merge server, and the top 10 ranked players cannot claim the last reward for the ranking race. The "Merge server event" tab was gone straight away after 21.00 yesterday (so we cannot claim it from there) and we waited in our inbox untill now and still no reward being sent.

Screens: There are 3 screenshot, the first and the second was a proof that i'm ranked one (im ranked one for the past 7 days of the merged event, i don't have the screenshot for every single day) and cannot claim the title. The third screen was to show that the function "combined server event" was gone after 21.00 on tuesday 24th jan, and therefore player cannot claim the rewards for "ranking race" from there.
