For the last 3 days the server has not calculated my Battle power correctly and has issued me the wrong prize for the server merge rank event. I contacted customer service the 1st day and they told me to provide pictures and i did for the last 2 days but they have not done anything to help me as of yet. Also on Friday the 20th, Matsuri was not working for our whole server and when i reached out to customer service they were unable to help me either and would not compensate me for the lost packages because of it.
