  • Now I am intrigued....do those of you who don't have him in their ninja list see him in the Sage Treasure Event? Cause I could even BUY him from there in this event (and did). I did however already have quite a few of his fragments prior to this Event, so maybe it's because of that?

Yes, he does show up for players who don't own him nor his fragments.
