I had my post deleted because i posted the wrong goings of customer service and how they dont help people, I would like to know why, i did not break any rules in posting that and followed the terms of service. Please explain to me why my post was deleted?

We allow constructive criticism of all forms. Especially if it's an issue that players have and need CS to address.
However, Your thread was merely the player venting and directing hate. It's not something we tolerate
