Thanks and hopefully I could grasp a better understanding. Reply

if u want to find out it is ease just remove all of them, see the power, then put them back in, compare.

getting them all to lv 3 will significantly increase power for relative low cost (in coupon/ingot), this is especially significant as if you don't have that yet, chances are you are relative low level and therefore the same amount of stat boost is a bigger % boost.
Beyond that, as magatama suffers diminishing return, the gains are less, and as you grow, you have a bigger "base" stat to work off of. They are still very important, but no longer something of crucial importance besides the bare minimal effort to mcro manage them to be as optimal as possible, because why not. Generally speaking, unless you have money to burn beyond this point, it's not something you would buy more of, unless it's at an extreme discount somehow (which, in turn, counteract the fact that it is suffering diminishing return)
