Fighting Matsuri Not Working

Hey there, just a note, Fighting Matsuri is still not working for S170 for the 3rd session running.
Same error as always, the loading circle flashes briefly, and then we end up getting the same request error.

What's the problem ? : Matsuri fails to initiate queue after clicking start fight. We get the nice loading circle for 10-20s, then a request timeout.
How long are you experiencing this problem ? : Well, since the beginning of the event 1900 HRS GMT +0800. On today, 23/1/17, Friday 20/1/17, and Monday 16/1/17.
