Currently I don't, unless I have a new team idea that involves said new ninja. It happens because I once read somewhere that if I do it like that, I can bank in those fragments for a quicker star level promotion if I get lucky-unlucky when claiming treasure packs with my ac*ulated scrolls. So now, I've got a whole array of guys like Kidomaru, Baki, Kurenai and so on just sitting arround collecting dust. Also read that I may be missing out on a batch of coupons from "Recruit X ninja" missions though.

Just wondering how you guys handle your ninja recruitment though. Researching for...... science. Yeah.
