Mei's passive saying Increase dmg to males characters by 25%.. so it means you do 25% dmg to male characters or buffs all the male characters by 25%?? thnx and sorry if it sounds silly question.. :D Reply

increases damage done to male characters, means that male characters suffer more when she hits them. it means you do 125% usual damage if your opponent is male (and normal 100% when it's female)
