I want to get an update regarding any action taken to compensate players from servers 115 and 119. We were not able to take part in Matsuri because of request time-out bug. Everyone from both servers according to whom I talked. Literally everyone.

Also I have a question regarding arena ranking since merge. What happend? Before the merge my rank was maxed out now it tells me it's 0 but above it I can clearly see 'six path sennin' so what is going on? I'm not the only one having this issue. Awaiting your reply.
