Ninjas: Five Kage Conference Temari 3*, Sakura 3* (Recommended 4* or higher) OR Sailor Sakura 3*, Neji 3* (Recommended 4* or higher) & Wind Main

Kage Treasure Temari is a requirement for this formation, with her Mystery capable of being used in a row. I also have not tested it without Lightning Tiger, but it may work without it. Sakura especially should probably be a few stars, considering that she will be hit often—make sure she is properly awakened and cultivated, and Sailor Sakura is a possible replacement if you have her.

Wave 1, Round 1
Use Neji on the middle enemy.
Wave 1, Round 2
Wait until after the enemies have used their mysteries, then use Sakura's skill to make sure the clones survive.
Generally, use Sakura's heal whenever it is available.
Wave 1, Round 3
Use Neji on the bottom enemy. Do not use Temari's skill this wave, you may use main's reset but you must make sure you have Dance by the end of Wave 2. Make sure you have several clones alive before going into Wave 2.

Wave 2, Round 1
Wait until after Shizune has healed, then use Temari's skill.
Wave 2, Round 2
BEFORE Shizune heals, use Temari's mystery again. As soon as she is in a combo, queue all skills that are available (besides queueing Temari again) so they are used as soon as you enter the next wave.

Wave 3, Round 1
Wait until after Karin has attacked Sakura before using Temari's skill, if Neji's mystery was used this round already, queue him, if not, do not use his mystery. You need to have Neji's mystery go off as soon as you enter the 2nd round, so she does not heal.
Wave 3, Round 2
Use Temari's mystery and use Neji's mystery (if you did not already have his mystery queued) at the beginning of the round, queue any other kills as soon as she is in a combo.

Wave 4
Wave 4 is simple, just do not let Jiraiya use his mystery on Round 2 (Acupuncture with Neji). If your Sakura is weak, she may die this turn. Feel free to use skills as you please, just make sure you c*e Neji's skill by the 3rd Round of Wave 5. To maximize your points, only heal / use Dance of Impetus until after your units have attacked Jiraiya, this way the ignite will clear and you will take no additional damage.

Wave 5
Almost done! Just make sure you use Neji on Hanzo in Round 3, otherwise you can basically queue skills as you please.
