They're 49, not 50.
While I might not be good for combos, I can suggest some people who you could consider
Hinata is good for tanking
3 star sasuke and kakashi are good for chases
Shizune and Sakura are known to be healers, but from what I know Kabuto is better, and he's somewhat cheap.
Gaara is a popular choice, but I don't have him at 3-4 stars, so...
Well, that's some info on them, that you probably knew, but still, I hope you can make a good team out of this!
