Either you use a different payment option or recharge a higher amount.

I have had this issue for over a month they just keep saying the same thing, use a different payment method, or try a higher amount, none of which works btw. I find it funny how a company using a micro transaction business model doesn't take this more seriously. It is clearly an issue on their side but you will never hear that from them. GL OP
