Azure Fang 98 stuck

I've tried the strats on here (mainly the naruto, GNW kankuro, Hinata) for 98 but I just can't beat it. GNW tenten is the only character I know that does earth element damage (aside from EM and probably jirobo). I just can't seem to kill them, I had one lucky run where I killed off everything but the earth puppet but only had main left who was just healing. GNW kankuro isn't the best as he is 3 star, and it doesn't seem like regular kankuro is as useful since he's losing the damage from ignite as well. Tobi is worthless in that exam so the strats with him are gone.

Just kinda at a loss for what to do after spending the last few days trying to mix and match to beat it. Is it something that should be easy for water or should I switch to like fire main to beat it with an ignite team? Oh, I'm 79 and my water teams are around 26.5k power.
