I'm playing on EU35 aka Hebihime, and I have a big problem
I cannot login to the server with my main computer. I can do it with my laptop using my phone\\\'s Wi-fi connection.

I have tried both Browser and game client. Tried clearing cache, resetting internet connection and restarting computer, updating my flash player. Nothing works. I cleared my DNS-cache and used the game doctor in-client, to no avail.
It keeps getting stuck at 14% always loading "Completed"

I can log in with *ternative account to the server on my main computer, that is using my University cable.
I can log in with the main account on my alternative computer that is using my phone's Wifi.

So it's specific to my internet connection and the account. When the server started I was refreshing intently to get a quick start, so something must have gone wrong there.






I've tried communicating with the support by sending tickets, but I keep getting brushed off?

  • Hello we checked this problem. If you always stuck at 14%, that means there is something wrong with your internet and we can't you help with that.
How do you explain that I can log into all other servers on my main, and even on my specific server on my alternative account then? :o
