Every time I start loading into a fight for Matsuri, I get kicked offline and end up losing my units so I cant get any rewards.

This just started today.

I am using the new Mini Client (which is also running extremely slow despite uninstalling the old on and reinstalling the new one multiple times, Any tips?)

The issue can occur with an unstable connection to our servers.
Make sure to clear your cookies/cache and restart your client.

If this happens again, I would suggest using the browser, just in case.
