Hi, almost everyone received jonin medal for free on S298, except me. How is it possible to get this one? Didnt buy any medals before, by the way.

I'm not sure about S298 since I play on S321 but all we had for free was a temporary Chunin Medal (The silver one) and it was an item obtained when you reach a certain level (I think it was 30 or 32)

When you reach 50lvl (if i am not wrong) a jonin medal is activated for some days,
also we had one as a christmas present (I dont remember if it had time limitation to use it though).

Yes,

Jonin medal trial unlocks at level 50.
Chunnin medal at level 32.
