1＃ Go ToDoes anyone know which tool is better in terms of greater combat power gain? because the base stats on Paper Shuirken is higher but Tailed Beast Shuriken has a red background (supposedly better)
The base stats are:
Paper Shuriken Attack +60 / Defense +50
Tailed Beast Shuriken
Attack +50 / Resistance +40
When these 2 tools are lvled up to the same lvl, which one will give more strengthen stats?
Or does that scale proporitionally to the base stats? (i.e. the higher ba se stats, the higher the strengthen stats)

You have to ignore the background color as it's not indicative of power. The rule is that the item with higher ba
se stats is the better item.
The only "red" item we have so far is the Red Gourd from Uchiha Hard. This is considered the only red item as it needs an unreleased red chakra nature stone for Five Natures. -

that gourd isnt red either, our gear needed red items to strengthen while they were gold, this gourd is no different. people said red tools were out when they first saw a red background, but those werent and still arent red tools, no tools out yet are red rarity.
the color of the items name tells you its quality. the images dont matter for determining how good an item is, when comparing tools with the same rarity the higher the base stats the better -

that gourd isnt red either, our gear needed red items to strengthen while they were gold, this gourd is no different. people said red tools were out when they first saw a red background, but those werent and still arent red tools, no tools out yet are red rarity.

You clearly didn't read what I posted. The red gourd ALONE is seemingly a "red" item as it needs a different (unavailable as of now) stone for 5 natures. That fact alone seemingly sets it apart from the other gold/red items.
You're correct about disregarding the background, but please double check your facts.
