So this is the second Matsuri ive done since 2.0 the first one was giving me request timeouts the whole time i am not the only one having this issue either a number of people on my server are getting request timeouts also.
My flash player is up to date
I have latest version of client
Ive tried on both browsers
I live in the United States
Im not using a VPN

Ill do you one better heres a video of me trying to join que for Matsuri and getting request timeouts i still havent got any kind of help or compensation for the last one i missed and now im missing this one too so i hope this helps get something solved.
