Oh my water lineup is Move1 Choji*2, Move 2 Main*1, Move 3 Rocklee*2 (*1 is ok too), and Move4 Ino*1 (But im planning of making her to *2) DON'T FORGET, YOUR TALENTS SHOULD BE Super SHark Bomb, Healing Jutsu, Dissection Blade, Neuro Toxins, (And im planning on Poison Tai or Water Clones)

I also use a water main and i can suggest some formations for you.
this similar to what i use and i find it effective
Hinata(3*) - main -kakashi - shizune/kabuto/sai
you dont have alot of tanky frontliners right now so i would say hinata 3* is crucial for you but *ternative is
pretty much team 7
sasuke(3*) - naruto(3*) - sakura - main0

Focus on getting characters you want to use to 3* for the better combos(and stats
