After the 2.0 Update, the Plots blue circle have become difficult. For example a on whatever plot youre on, the ninjas you fight is your lvl. but the blue circle it is another different lvl? I went back to check the other circles from past Plots and they were the same lvls as the main ninjas you fight.
Example- Pain plot instance lvl 76 normal ninjas Pains.... Blue circle would be lvl 86 pains.
