Recently I saw on my bank transaction that there was a charge for NarutoEN Birgminham on 1/13/17. I'm almost 100% sure that I did not purchase ingots at this time. I remember only purchasing ingots on 1/09/17. If i did purchase during 1/13/17 I would have gotten the recharge rebate as well as more ingots in my account. Could you check this?

Unfortunately, We can't be certain on when payment transactions arrive on your bank statements.
Be absolutely sure it's not the same transaction that was filed on the 1/9/17 as you claimed.
