For wind Main, run Empress for a bit until you get some more interesting ninjas.

Kurenai, Hinata and Karin (or c*so run Temari or Tenten for a more damage build instead of Karin).

Giant Rasengan, Shoot down Rasengan, Flower Guard and either clones or Queen Momentum. Attack is up to you and how you ultimate lay your team out. Hinata for acupuncture and defence, Kurenai for shields and healing, Karin for healing and poison.
