Like the tittle says can anybody explain me how Cee's Lightning's Resistance and Defense buff works? Because its not popping out like Light main buffs (Action before the boost).

  • He only buff himself, he gain 20% def/res for each lightning ninjas on ur side. He is well, atm not usable. Wait for his buff later.
So that passive only buffs him, right. But is it working or not? Cause i dont see him getting buffed
