Because its not popping out like Light main buffs (Action before the boost). Reply

He only buff himself, he gain 20% def/res for each lightning ninjas on ur side. He is well, atm not usable. Wait for his buff later.

So that passive only buffs him, right. But is it working or not? Cause i dont see him getting buffed

I was testing this out a few days ago on kakashi clones, not really the best way to go at it. IIRC, it boosts all ninjas with lightning attribute by 20% and not just cee, because then cee would be really tanky. Then again I was doing this with Kakashi clones and I was also dead tired... Also my equips kept getting shuffled around from me moving my characters, so don't assume that I am correct but instead just think about it I guess.
