They are exp gained by your ninjas (not your main)
try using the search bar to search for answers because I believe there have been a plenty of threads on the same question

I was looking for mobs found and if they gave experience or what did they do exactly...

These posts you have are labeled with other things such as
Battle Points where does this pop up on screen?
Think the other said Points?
and then wandering NPCs....

Mobs are not entirely NPCs...these tend to be players that generally don't move and are not normally hostile either...these tend to be characters that help you on your travel in some way usually by selling/buying/crafting/trading and so on...

So how do these relate to my search of Killing Mobs? LOL

You must've searched really hard...or been on the forums for long enough to have clicked on all of these at some point. Then you just remembered...Also I googled things like Killing mobs on Naruto Online...which lead me to just this ONE. While all others ended up being other Naruto games.

Found that in a couple of minutes :D Honestly, it wasn't that hard to find them... Also NPCs are any Non-playable Character (hence why it's called NPC) PCs are Playable characters (our mains, and if you think about it, the ninja we have as well)
Edit: "Wandering NPCs" would imply the ones that wander around... no NPC that sells stuff tends to wander around (unless you count Mabui, since she disappears when they update the events and get rid of lightning treasure :D)

I am finding it hard to answer the question:
What mob gives the best EXP for ninjas?
The L55 at desert maps give 10,400 EXP.

Who has found better please?
