Good day,

My two members told me that the runes in their eight gates were gone when they log in the game this afternoon.

Unfortunately only one of my member sent me a photo (https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/266376420240916480/269351609962594304/proof_3.png) even his inventory doesnt have a rune.

He got the gold corrosion rune because he said he spent all his money all day just doing eight gates to recover of what happened.

Its really unusual that this happened. I will follow up if any of my members told me the same thing as of now this is only what I can say.
