The overflow was only added since 2.0, so its only logical that they allowed overflow so that xp could be carried over when the new levels are opened up.

Even if they dont and cut it off, how does this impact your gameplay, lol. At most, maybe decisions during kyuubi time with regards to buyback/coupon spending, thats all.

For one thing, it impact wanted mission, if it gets cut off, then me waiting for a partner is completely pointless. This usually doesn't affect mr much as I can very well wait all day and solo at end of day if have to (never had to), but now due to the key event and the odd-to-11 thing, I have to hold off instance and watch my stamina build while waiting on wanted. As it were, using stamina ASAP might lead to various power ups ASAP (awakening, ninja star upgrade, equipment upgrade, whatever), so holding for wanted would delay these and is annoying. If the hold turns out to be worthless due to exp being cut.... well...

Next 2 weeks, as you know, we will be having 60 plot/elite instance quest for the monthly quest. This will require stamina pots. Now, this is much more doable if, I dunno, I do not waste stamina elsewhere--they are stretched thin enough as it is. But the thing is, there is daily quest for elite/plot instance. The experience reward is fairly significant, so it might be worth doing if the excess exp is kept but if they are cut off, that turns into a complete waste of pots.

Nothing major ofc, but there are potential choices you have to make between exp and other resources.

Yup i agree with u, but the one im really want consider it is the 9tail, should i keep push the cp for 9 tail ? even we still get the benefit for extra gold , and we c*e it at 8 inner gate. but if the exp cut off, it really waste :(Btw, i still hold some plot instance for the exp reward though and my exp already 101% now .
