Only noobs call this week and last week events bad. But sadly most of self-claimed f2p scrub that whining over event thread are that kind of people.
A smart f2p don't give a f about the wheel because they know it's not an event for them, they just spin it once daily and move on with other events.
A smart p2w will look at the reward and can judge if the reward worth it themselves. If not they also move on because at the end of the day it's their money, they don't lose anything.

Just a little simple math to prove this week event is actually good.
Everyday you can get 10 free keys (or 11 if you're smart) which equal to 35 points on average. With 7 days you will get 70 keys which equal to 245 points.
Now GNW 1010 cost 13 points per frags which mean 390 points for 2 star version, it mean you only need about 145 points which require less than 50 keys (500 cp) to get her.
A very powerful ninja in current meta for 500 cp? Hell yeah it worth. Or you just need to aim for refine, it's 40 free medium refine for a week (6 pts/e). See that? The only thing that makes me sad is that they keep putting Konan in wheel events...at least I'm 20 frags away.
