I choosed refines they can help you win fights im sure a Tenten wont win u fights :D but hey shes good if u want her get her .

GNW Tenten is pretty hot with several new builds atm. If you plan on running one of those she's pretty important, although on her own she won't do too much. Even if you don't run her for your main team she can be a top damage dealer in ranked on her own.

Refines are super important though, one of a handful of sources for initiative which is vital.

Do you have mei or darui? Grab tenten. If not (or you have no desire to use either of those or aren't a fan of chasing the meta) then the refines are a safe bet.

Well, if you can't go for both, I would rather go for refines. Personally I just 3 starred my 1010, and now I collect all refines, but if you can't afford both you might be better off with going for power. That is unless you are Water Main with Mabui who wants to go for round 1 obliteration :D Well, there are more strategies with 1010, so the decision is for you to see whether any team with gnw1010 is appealing to you :D
