Mental Training - Off Map Teleportation

I may seem to have found a game crippling bug that prevents players from going forward on the Story. I've been dealing with this bug since yesterday and I tried many things to no avail. I've tried refreshing, restarting, game doctor, clear cache, Client, Browser, everything and nothing can fix it from the user side.
This happens during Part 7: Battle to Defend Konoha Arc. The mission is called Mental Training where I have to talk to the Anbu Captain. When I'm close to where the captain is, the game immediately loads me a story sequence WITHOUT me reaching or even speaking to the Captain. When I finish the cutscene, the game teleports me OFF THE MAP next to entrance that leads to the Chunnin Exams Arena. At that point, I can't move my character and it's invisible at the same time. I can teleport back to Konoha and other things that initiates a fight but I can't progress the story from that mission.
