Well i have a few problems with orochimaru since update 2.0 after getting in the fight with mamba and intrerupting his earthquake attack , mamba doesnt swallow anymore which was his go to move after earthquake was intrerupted prior to 2.0 , now he just bites you and you lose :(changing how exams work wasn't said anywhere so i hope this is a bug and will be redone to the old way if noticed

No, this is unlikely a bug, mate.

In 2.0,the difficulty of many PvE fights were raised, so if Manda keeps oneshoting you when he couldn't before, chances are he's been moded, and thus no longer easy to kill. This post was last edited by 110***@google at 2017-1-12 03:15

Plot missions were made harder by alot. Ninja Exam should be the same as far as this goes. I used Water main/guy/sailor sakura and..kimimaro just 2 days ago. round 2 of snake I used guys interrupt. he swallowed me. then my water main auto attack interrupted the aoe poison. So he still does trigger the swallow. Must be a bug with your particular lineup

When i use guy's intrerupt on the swallow he uses bite on me instead of swallow that's why i made the thread

finally managed to beat it . just brute forced it with damage and didn't intrerupt him this time as earthquake doesn't reset his attack i just let 1 of my ninjas die to earthquake and killed him the next round

The team I used that was very effective was

x-x-Neji
x-x-Kimimaro
x-MC-Hinata

neji round one will taunt orochi
round two neji will interupt orochi and hinata will taunt
round three kimi will evade orochi and take a hit
If oro's not down by round 5 you're doing it wrong

Interupt every Manda bite, and let him swallow you. Interupting him while you're in his stomach gives you a free turn of damage.

just used brute force to kill snake before any kills me with Mei , Tenten GNW , Shurado Water Main

how do you beat this in 2.0 after manda do his roar he doesnt stop bite he just bite bite u wont even have chance to move after roar he bite for liek 4 times until u die wtf is that? i dunno how many times he bite for i survive bite until 4x

honestly you just have to survive. he only bites more than once if he kills something, typically a clone. Dont use clones on this exam EVER

Just don't use a lineup with any clones, or any units that can summon healing units like gnw sakura.

After changing my lineup, I beat Manda rather easily.
