[ Lineup ] Tactic system and seal scrolls (need help)

Right now, I'm stuck between either Ghost kill or Sun move. Any recommendations for the long run? Also, I got about 70 seal scrolls saved up, should I spend them now or wait for 70 Kage? I guess wait for kage n make a solid team, then choose your tactics

Personally, I think ghost kill is the most flexible tactic. So its a safe bet. As for seal scrolls, I definitely recommend kage treasures. The uncommon ninjas are interesting and useful.

Thanks for the feedback. Hopefully 60-70 won't take to long, can't wait to start popping seal scrolls.
