Pretty much the fiirst chase icon and description on water main does not change even if you change it yourself. It only doesnt change when you hover the mouse on the water main. As you can see on the second and 3rd photo I have that build on, but when I hover the mouse on the main in the line up on the Ninja section it shows that on the 1st picture:
