So now u have 20+5 friend reward right , that means 25 team instane u do 10 on monday and 5 on tuesday , wednesday and thursday what about friday and weekend ? IM CONFUSED....

That's correct. There's an overall limit to how many times you can do Team Instance per week.

Once you run out, You'll have to wait till the reset.
