Tendo is immune to ninjutsu, if your attacks aren't taijutsu as a property, they wont do anything.
That said, rest of them aren't immune to any damage type, thou they do have cleanse that makes ignite and poison go away.
I just tried it and beat it to confirm that it works as it should, what was your team?

Yeah, the shield can be punched through if enemy is really strong, not entirely sure which stat determines it thou....

In any case, this IS a hard node, which is why guides even exist (I assume you saw it since you have the exact same frmn)
But as both tobi and fire main changed, I'm not entirely sure if the team will work at all, it seems pretty dependent on 1st turn damage which Mirror return nerf reduced. If they used to pass it at around 25k, I'd say the same team now takes at least 28k to pass, assuming tobi change didn't make it unusable.
Pretty sure I came back to the thing like 2 or 4 levels later, thou as a wind main, no guide exist so I just brute forced it myself.

My advice would be to try to find teams to counteract what they do. Increase in power and come back to complete it at a later time.
