I did my first full difficult Hanzo set since the patch and my drops were 2,2,3,2,2,3 for medium threads if this helps anyone.

Also, a little tip for people who might be struggling with the Hanzo SA: If you can work Tayuya into your position one spot she not only brings an interrupt which you need, but you also no longer have to worry about accidentally starting a combo before Shizune/Karin heal. This drastically cuts down the frustration level of this SA as you no longer need to restart so many times.
