Im curious does this do the same thing for ninetails that the old flame dragon did? Going to test this later but just want to gather as much info about this skill, so any help will be appreciated.
EDIT: It does seem to boost damage to ninetails done by firemain.

Still dont know if dragon is still the best for firemain to dish out dmg or the pheonix fire.
