it sounds that the server might be sufficiently active overall, since it did divide, but the divisor is put in the wrong spot, since the top bracket is, ba
sed on what he said, sparsely populated.
I do believe it's based on registration count, so the only reason I see this happening is that the "check" is still being done by divisor at 70 but the actual division happened at 81.
IMHO there is no such thing as divisor based on lvl. It takes first 75 people ba sed on exp and puts them in 1 field, rest people are put into second fielda and thats why it may end with such low 3*9 teams. Again if there is not enough people for the second field(i think about 100 total) it puts all into 1 field resulting in >30 person in each team. -
