Fire main Ekkei Genkai buff passive doesnt work properly, i have a team with ningendo and konan, and he doesnt buff any of them. Since both rinnengan and konan are considered ekkei genkai, this should work.
I don't know any reason why they arent considered blood line, i could accept ningendo rinnengan since he aint the main user but konan? o.0

Because ningendo is just a dead body controlled he does not have rinnengan and Konans ability is not Kekkai Genkai, it's not passed down by genes like Kimimaro or Haku, her body is not paper, she turned it paper with a jutsu she invented.
