Nine tails seems to be weak againt any lighting type
make sure you save 30,000 coins and 30 cupons(dollars) to raise up the Anbu and Hokage they will help you survive some of nine tails moves
combos are great you can put away your healers and go for something stong and quick hitting.
make sure you put your speed on 2X
you can click on the map to get to the nine tails quickly

The best strat to do would be to use attribute boosts and straight damage... For instance, I use a fire main and as such I use Anko and Iruka giving me a 110% boost in fire damage. With a straight fire team it works fantastic. Others to use would be...
Water - Haku
Lightening - Sasuke (3* or higher)
Earth - Jirobo
Wind - Gaara (3* or higher)
Fire - Anko
