That's because there is no such form in the game, you can see if a ninja is going to change while upgrading stars in ninja > star section. But the question is: why there isn't since Kimimaro has it?

I'm so confused why they didnt bother to add them in cursed form. But if you check the China version they are adding things like reanimated ninjas, Akatski Oro and Angel Konan so they might go back and add cursed sound 4 one day.

True, but I won't be that happy to see 'em as different ninjas since Kimimaro has both forms in one character; I hope they will be reworked later like Naruto that has been added to *ready existing ninja.

This answer makes no sense to me since they already are in the game: someone must have thought they are popular enough. And since they are here I would have preferred seeing 'em in their complete being, not just a part of the character.
