Power of Lightning - Increase resistance and defense by 20% for each ninja with lightning attributes on your team.

However, every time a fight start, there is no notification(left part label when a ninja is buffing at the start of the battle) indicating he is using this buff. Also no indication on other ninja with lightning attribute receiving the buff.
