So after the problem I had a week ago with charging an unwanted amount and requesting and refund only to find out there are no refunds, the game decided to charge me 103 USD? I did not get my money back so why is the game charging me 103 USD?I've checked my bank the 99.99 USd Never came back to my account so why am I being charged for a money that did not even come back to me?





I have the screens of the amount being taken from my PayPal account

it's Holidays so our Support has reduced service hours. Sorry about that.

To your question - Did you by any chance made contact with PayPal support and ask for a refund ?

I did because but no progress was made, since I got no refund details in my account or anything, it was told to me that Oasis doesnt refund. I just decided to let it go. And since I was that deep already I tried to charge another amount but then I got that message. So, I dont know whats going on

That means PayPal did refund your money from us, but you didn't receive them to your account yet. I do not know where the problem is but you wouldn't get this message if you didn't refund your money.

I would recommend to contact PayPal support and ask them what is happening and where is your money.
