It seems really unfair to players who started late and have to deal with raiders who massively outlevel them and have no choice but to raid their convoy. My suggestion is to set the attributes level to 100 like in the arena to level the playing field for this event. They are already handicapped in ranked battle and hence ranked points exchange, along with survival trials. If you do the math, new players (I use this term loosely) are really boned unless there is a large enough population of new players as well.
