just realized this today as i was looking around on my alts
all 3 captions were taken at the same server in the same day at around the same time and all have different ninja combinations, also the ninjas are reseting everyday just like the other items.
so all players get different ninjas combinatios at random from the preselected pool?

well i still have shurado and gakido, some ppl on my server have said and gakido, some choza and shurado....weird event but 3 ninjas always better than choza

It is not a bug and yes it is random, and it can be different one player to another
